And, exactly the same as Large PCs, you'd have trouble interacting with everyday objects in a world made for people two size categories larger than you. Racial stats and bonuses are independent of actual size, so there's no inherent benefit or limitation to being Tiny as far as your stats are concerned. Carry capacity will also be an issue since you need Powerful Build to be considered Large, I would argue that it works the other way and a Tiny creature has half the carry capacity of a Small or Medium creature. So that pretty much means you'll be ineffective as most martial classes. You also couldn't wear any armor that wasn't sized for you, which would be custom work and a lot more expensive. You'd be limited exclusively to Light weapons. Small creatures already can't wield Heavy weapons effectively, so it's logical to assume that a Tiny creature can't wield a normal weapon effectively. Well, let's see here, how would I handle this at my table?
